The second trailer for Hayao Miyazaki’s sure-to-be-insta-classic PONYO has just gone online. It’s a bit more in-depth than the first one, and has a little more info about Ponyo’s birthing process and the subsequent oceanic carnage that accompanies her transformation.
How will this stack up in Miyazaki’s collection? That remains to be seen, but an animorphing aquagirl who controls a legion of strange and bizarre sea creatures seems like a pretty good groundwork for Hayao to work magic with.
