New poster for Rodrigo Cortes’ Buried is, well…superlative!

Can’t say I’m in any real rush for Rodrigo Cortes’ coffin confined trick of a movie to come out, ‘cuz that’ll mean the end of seeing Ryan Reynolds writhing in tears 6 feet deep. Not sure I’m ready for that!

In any event, Lionsgate has issued a new poster for BURIED, one that boasts all kinds of critical extolment. Personally, I find the “A groundbreaking performance by Ryan Reynolds” quote to be quite hilarious…kudos to whoever wrote that over at ComingSoon.net.

Exhumed October 8th, BURIED centers on:

Paul Conroy, who is not ready to die.

But when he wakes up 6 feet underground with no idea of who put him there or why, life for the truck driver and family man instantly becomes a hellish struggle for survival. Buried with only a cell phone and a lighter, his contact with the outside world and ability to piece together clues that could help him discover his location are maddeningly limited.
