The holidays were a crazy time, so you might have missed this new international trailer for ROBIN HOOD that was released right before Christmas. I hadn’t seen it until now, and I have to say it has me pretty excited for the prospect of Scott and Crowe returning to the epic action genre.
Sure, you can’t help but flash back to the GLADIATOR forest battles with Maximus swinging a sword around on horseback, but is that such a bad thing? This may not be a Robin Hood we’ve seen before (my best Robin Hood memories involve a cartoon fox trying to outwit a lion), but it’s one I’m certainly curious about.
