New Toy Story 4 teaser stars Key & Peele as two very excited, cuddly toys

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Yesterday we got our first look at the new TOY STORY movie and were introduced to the anxiety-ridden utensil Forky, who will be going on a bit of an existential journey in the new movie. Today we have been gifted with yet another teaser, and this time around we don’t have to come face-to-face with our own anxieties reflected in a googly-eyed spork. No, this new teaser brings out the voices of the ultra-talented Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele as two toys who are *psyched* for the new TOY STORY movie – even if they can’t get the catchphrase right.

In the teaser, Key voices an adorable stuffed duck and Peele voices a cuddly bunny, the latter of which has just been recalling an altercation with a thieving Cabbage Patch toy. Afterward, they start talking about how pumped they are for the new TOY STORY movie – reminiscent of their "Valet" characters from KEY & PEELE. Key's duck is seriously blown away by how they're making a fourth TOY STORY, excited that "Buzz Lightyears" is coming back.

But after they keep getting the "To infinity and beyond" line wrong — throwing out alternatives like "To infinity and your mom," and, "To insanity and a blonde," — Buzz and Woody step in and show them how it's done…to their own embarrassment.

Here's Disney's plot synopsis:

Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
