New trailer for Jason Bateman’s The Switch, formerly The Baster

I don’t know if it’s my instinctive aversion to romcoms or if “Arrested Development” just set a high standard for Jason Bateman, but the new trailer for THE SWITCH (formerly THE BASTER) is leaving me kinda flat. Your chuckle-meter may get more activity.

I’m interested in seeing Jeff Goldblum and Patrick Wilson trying to go for laughs, but the rather repugnant concept (a guy replaces a platonic ladyfriend’s sperm donation with his own) and the ubiquitous Aniston blandness is getting in the way. Maybe it will end up being a pleasant surprise?
