New trailer for Paddington 2 puts the delightful bear behind bars

With the holiday season winding down and a brand-new year right around the corner, it's easy to get overwhelmed, but thankfully the upcoming arrival of a certain adorable little bear will soon bring some much needed cheer into our lives. Based upon the stories by Michael Bond, the first PADDINGTON film was a surprising success and it seems that the sequel, which was released in the U.K. last month, has also won over fans. American audiences will soon be thrust into Paddington's latest adventure, which finds him spreading joy and marmalade wherever he goes, and Warner Bros. has released a brand-new trailer for the sequel!

While searching for the perfect present for his beloved Aunt Lucy’s (Imelda Staunton) hundredth birthday, Paddington (Ben Whishaw) sees a unique pop-up book in Mr. Gruber’s (Jim Broadbent) antique shop, and embarks upon a series of odd jobs to buy it. But when the book is stolen, it’s up to Paddington and the Browns (Hugh Bonneville and Sally Hawkins) to unmask the thief.

PADDINGTON 2 will hit theaters in the States on January 12, 2018.
