New trailer for The Maze Runner ups the urgency

In the wake of SDCC, a new trailer for James Dashner‘s adaptation of THE MAZE RUNNER has hit. While the trailer starts out similarly enough to the first, it gives us a little bit more meat to chew on in the latter half, showcasing what our characters have to contend with in this maze of horrors.

Young Adult novels are being thrown on cinema screens faster than you can cast the teens to star in them, however it looks like we may have something a little different with THE MAZE RUNNER. For once, there is no romance (tri)angle that’s being forced down our throats, and the premise is a solid one. Evidently THE MAZE RUNNER was the most impressive film on show at Fox’s panel this past Comic Con, so I’m rather curious to see if it can deliver the goods.
