After following up RATATOUILLE with WALL-E, is it possible that Pixar could again release a movie that somehow surpasses their previous effort? I’m not sure how you can get much better than WALL-E but Harry Knowles and crew showed 45 minutes of UP at their Butt-Numb-A-Thon in Texas and the reports have been wildly positive (I’ve heard more than one person say that the footage made them cry). But for the rest of us, we don’t know much about the film. Now we get a clip from the film that gives us a longer take on the bit in the trailer with the Boy Scout stuck on the front porch. Sadly UP doesn’t open until May (but when it does it will be Pixar’s first 3-D movie). Check out the clip below.
