Newest Crisis crossover set photo features a Lois between two Clarks

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Lois Lane actor Elizabeth Tulloch served up a "Superman sandwich" for fans of DC's caped crusader this afternoon, thanks to a behind-the-scenes photo from the CW's upcoming "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event.

In the photo, Tulloch is standing between Tom Welling and Tyler Hoechlin, two actors who've helped bring the comic book company's Big Blue Boy Scout to the small screen via SMALLVILLE (Welling) and SUPERGIRL (Hoechlin). For those of you who don't recall Tulloch's contribution to the Arrowverse canon, she played Lois Lane for last year's Arrowverse crossover "Elseworlds," opposite Hoechlin's Superman. When the network's latest superhero spectacle lands later this year, Tulloch will be joined by another Lois Lane actor, Erica Durance, who starred as Lois opposite Welling's Clark Kent for several season's worth of SMALLVILLE.

The CW's "Crisis on Infinite Earths" will carry across ARROW, THE FLASH, SUPERGIRL, DC'S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW and BATWOMAN. The 5-episode superhero spectacle kicks off with SUPERGIRL on Sunday, December 8th, which is set to be followed by BATWOMAN on Monday, December 9th. THE FLASH will follow on Tuesday, December 10th, and then the event will go on a bit of a holiday hiatus. Fear not though, my friends, the adventure will resume with ARROW on Tuesday January 14th at 8 p.m. and conclude with LEGENDS OF TOMORROW at 9 p.m.
