A trailer for THE FROZEN GROUND starring John Cusack and Nicolas Cage debuted last August then was pulled before the majority of you probably got to see it. It was a messy trailer for a likely, at least entertaining (I hope) movie. All the elements were there a true crime drama, Cage, Cusack, Vanessa Hudgens as a stripper, and Hank Schrader Dean Norris. But the trailer didn’t make it seem like even with all these things in place it was going to work.
Now the first official theatrical trailer wants to show that THE FROZEN GROUND is at least worth a moment of our time, and it may be. I’m at least certain that I will check it out when it hits Netflix instant. Check out the new trailer with a cheery intro from Hudgens and let us know if you think it’s worth the watch.
