Sentient Dairy Products, Rogue Werewolf Soldiers, Robots Gone Wild, Sexy Cyborgs, Alien Spiders And Blood-thirsty Demons From Hell Converge In An 185-minute Genre Orgy Of Stories Not Suitable For The Mainstream…

It was just earlier today that we got the awesome news that the third season of Netflix's gloriously gory zombie-comedy series SANTA CLARITA DIET is going to be landing in March. And already the streaming giant has hit us with an update on another series coming our way next month. This one is for LOVE DEATH AND ROBOTS. Made up of 18 animated short stories presented by Tim Miller (DEADPOOL, TERMINATOR: DARK FATE) and David Fincher (MINDHUNTER, FIGHT CLUB) land on Netflix in it’s first ever animated adult anthology series. And today we have the new show's trailer and poster to share with you guys! You can check out the trailer and the poster for the new series below and then let us know what you think!

Here's the official rundown on the anthology:

The full roster of stories will cover a variety of adult topics including racism, government, war, free will, and human nature. The anthology collection spans the science fiction, fantasy, horror and comedy genres and each short has a unique animation style: from traditional 2D to photo-real 3D CGI. The creators were assembled for a global calling for best in class animators from all over the world including artists from France, Korea, Hungary, Canada, and the US among others. The series draws inspiration from the eclectic and provocative comic book material from the 1970s that influenced both Miller’s and Fincher’s formative interests in storytelling.

LOVE DEATH AND ROBOTS premieres only on Netflix March 15th. Once it hits, it will be HERE. I'm more than a little interested in checking it out and I'm sure you will be too after checking out the strange but beautiful trailer below. I'm not exactly sure what I just watched… but it looks awesome!
