Here’s the official UK trailer for Dan Berk and Robert Olsen’s BODY, a Christmas-set thriller about a trio of girls who get themselves into a heap of trouble when they break into a stranger’s house. The flick is prepped to his DVD overseas at the end of next month, so now’s a perfect time to familiarize yourself with its creepy concept.
Starring Helen Rogers, Alexandra Turshen, Lauren Molina and genre great Larry Fessenden (who is in everything), BODY goes like this:
An idyllic Christmas holiday turns deadly when best friends Holly, Cali and Mel break into a local mansion they believe to be unoccupied. But they quickly realize they’re not alone in the house and in a moment of panic become embroiled in a grisly murder. The three girls self-destruct as they try and figure out what to do with the dead body in the living room.
BODY drops in the UK on August 31st; the film will be distributed in the US by Oscilloscope but an official release date hasn’t been announced.
