IGN has posted the trailer for OTIS, the horror-comedy that’s been receiving quite decent word of mouth lately. Check it out below (or hit IGN to see a much bigger version).

OTIS is from Raw Feed, which previously released the blah REST STOP. It’s the brainchild of writers Erik Jendresen (HBO’s BAND OF BROTHERS?!) and Thomas Schnauz (a few X-FILES episodes) and director Tony Krantz (SUBLIME). The story spills like this: A teenaged cheerleader is kidnapped and tortured by a psychopath named Otis, but somehow manages to escape and tells her parents of the horrible ordeal. With no hope in law enforcement, the family decides to take matters into their own hands and seeks out the man, but things become complicated when his brother shows up.

Starring are Bostin Christopher, Illeana Douglas, Daniel Stern, Jere Burns, Kevin Pollack, and Ashley Johnson. The freaky flick hits DVD this summer.
