I​n 2022, Paramount Pictures had a pretty good year at the theater. The new Scream film was a hit. Smile exceeded expectations. Top Gun: Maverick destroyed all other competition for multiple months. Babylon . . . well, you can’t win them all. But the famed studio hopes to keep the hits coming into 2023. Can they have another great year? Let’s check out Paramount’s 2023 film schedule.

80 for Brady – February 3

A group of women heads to the Super Bowl to see their favorite team play. They hope to meet Tom Brady while they are there. It seems like a fun film as these ladies get into e to meet Tom Brady while there. It looks like an entertaining film as these ladies get into various hijinks with the chaos that comes with Super Bowl weekend. Stars Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, Jane Fonda, and Sally Field. Tom Brady is even listed as appearing as himself.

Scream VI – March 10

A​fter the latest Scream film was a hit at theaters, you had to know that it was only a matter of time before a sequel would be made. Little did we know it would be released just a little over a year later. The setting moves from Woodsboro to New York City as the survivors try to move on from the killings. This installment marks the return of Hayden Panettiere from Scream 4.

Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves – March 31

A​ group of thieves steals an artifact that unleashes an evil that could end up destroying the world. This fun romp is the next installment in the Dungeons and Dragons series. There have been numerous attempts at turning the famed RPG into a film franchise, but none of the previous films have connected with audiences.

Transformers: Rise of The Beasts – June 9

Based on the famed Beast Wars version of Transformers. The voice cast alone makes this a must-watch. Ron Perlman voices Optimus Primal, and Michelle Yeoh, fresh off her Golden Globe win, will voice Airazor. Pete Davidson and Peter Dinklage also lend their voices. It should be interesting to see if the franchise can pull in new fans with the inclusion of the Beast Wars bots. Rather than transforming into vehicles, these bots transform into jungle animals.

T​he seventh entry in the long-running film series. Tom Cruise once again shows his love of stunts. One of the featurettes they have released for the film is of him training to ride a motorcycle off a cliff and then parachuting down to the ground. Returning stars include Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, and Ving Rhames.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem – August 4

Another animated feature for everyone’s favorite martial arts-based reptiles. This time Seth Rogen is on board to lend his voice talents. Presumably, the four brothers will again face off against The Shredder as he tries to grow his criminal empire in New York City.

Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie – October 13

Parents will be familiar with the pups from Paw Patrol. This time, a magical meteor lands in Adventure City that gives all the patrol pups superpowers. Now they will be stopping crime as superheroes.

K​illers Of The Flower Moon – TBA

Martin Scorsese directs this tale set in the 1920s. The murder of members of the Osage Tribe gains the attention of J. Edgar Hoover. He sends agents out to investigate what is happening. The movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert DeNiro, Lily Gladstone, Brendan Fraser, Jesse Plemons, and John Lithgow. The film is going out on Apple TV+, but Paramount is distributing the theatrical screenings for the film. A release date should be announced soon.
