Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga are reunited on the set of The Conjuring 2

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

There's something comforting about the knowledge that Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga's characters from THE CONJURING, married paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, are now back together on the set of a sequel, as the relationship between the Warrens and the chemistry shared by the actors were standout elements of director James Wan's 2013 hit.

Wilson celebrated the reunion with his screen spouse by posting a picture of himself and Farmiga on location to his WhoSay account. In the background is a sign that reads "New England Paranormal Research Center", and the story of THE CONJURING 2: THE ENFIELD POLTERGEIST is said to require the investigators to travel from New England to England in order to help out a family being terrorized by supernatural forces.

James Wan is back at the helm for the sequel, which is looking to replicate its predecessor's summertime success with a June 10, 2016 release date.
