The British Board of Film Classifications has revealed what could be the running time for THOR: THE DARK WORLD, as well as the length of the teaser for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER that many expect to be attached to it. According to BBFC, THOR: THE DARK WORLD will be Marvel's shortest film yet at 111 minutes. But it's not like the other Marvel films have really been that much longer: the first THOR is 115 minutes and 2008's THE INCREDIBLE HULK is 112 minutes. Still interesting though that the film isn't going to hit the two hour mark. Apparently that's only reserved for Iron Man, Captain America and when they all come together for THE AVENGERS.
The length of the teaser for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER is interesting, because for a teaser it's quite long: 2 minutes and 23 seconds. THOR: THE DARK WORLD will be released in the UK in two weeks, so we could be seeing the trailer for CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER online before the next Thor adventure hits theaters over here.
THOR: THE DARK WORLD invades theaters on November 8th, 2013, and CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER will be released on April 4th, 2014.
