Looking at the new poster and pictures below of David Cronenberg’s upcoming EASTERN PROMISES, it seems pretty clear that he’s set to deliver yet another deliciously twisted and macabre tale. In it, Naomi Watts stars as a midwife who, while investigating the death of a young girl, crosses paths with a ruthless crime boss in the form of Viggo Mortensen and his spiffy-haired pretty boy assistant Vincent Cassel. It opens September 14th.
