Y’all a fan of Van Damme in CYBORG? Are you excited about the upcoming director’s cut from Albert Pyun? Well then here’s a story for you…

Turns out the director’s cut of CYBORG features a never heard before film score from Tony Riparetti (seen right) and Jim Saad…and Howlin Wolf Records has a snippet for us to listen to. You interested?

From an official press release: Howlin’ Wolf Records is excited to release the Tony Riparetti and Jim Saad score for the Director’s Cut of Albert Pyun’s film CYBORG.

The Director’s Cut is a much darker film than the version released in 1989 and features the never before heard original score composed for the film. Albert Pyun and Tony Riparetti have an amazing professional collaboration as Director and Composer that has spanned decades and encompassed over 23 films and counting.

Sounds pretty cool, ay? But that’s not all…

This Collector’s Edition film score will be available from Howlin’ Wolf Records in April. The release features 60 minutes of awesome vintage 80’s/90’s synth score and will showcase full color inserts and liner notes.
