The upcoming sci-fi flick from Skydance Productions is called LIFE. No, it's not a stunning title, but it doesn't need any other selling point because Rebecca Ferguson has been cast in the lead.
The 33-year-old Swedish actress burst onto the scene in last year's MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – ROGUE NATION, though she also bestowed her talents upon the mini-series The White Queen and that HERCULES movie with The Rock that you forgot existed.
There are no details on her character yet, but any chance to see Ferguson front and center is welcome.

the crew of the International Space Station, after retrieving a sample from Mars, discover that it displays signs of life, and proves to be more intelligent than expected.
