Rian Johnson shares behind-the-scenes picture of The Last Jedi

I can't f*cking wait for EPISODE VIII! And this is coming from someone who hated EPISODE VII's guts. And these are the two things that get me pumped: 1) the characters were amazing in THE FORCE AWAKENS. I loved Rey, Finn, Poe, and even Kylo Ren (it's just that – in my opinion – the movie they were in was needlessly derivative, overly plot-hole ridden, and shitty), and 2) motherf*ckin' Rian Johnson.

Johnson has vision, and tells unique, dark stories, but always with a twistedly humorous touch (just look at BRICK, LOOPER, or even his episodes of BREAKING BAD). I can't wait to see what he does with the dark "EMPIRE STRIKES BACK" chapter of the new trilogy. I also can't wait to see him actually utilize these new characters to their full potential.
