Petite brunette vixen Christina Ricci has joined the voice cast of the upcoming CG animated THE HERO OF COLOR CITY. Coming from independent company Exodus Film Group, the story centers on a world of crayons that are threatened by an evil tyrant. Presumably, a hero then comes along to save the crayons from being de-colorized. No other voice cast has been announced but the titular hero, which is likely a love interest of Ricci’s character, will probably soon be announced – a character named Red, perhaps, that teases Ricci’s character “Hey, baby, you wanna make a little Orange?”. Ricci, who’s still trying to shake off the SPEED RACER bomb, will next be seen in the anthology film NEW YORK, I LOVE YOU.
