As the story goes, ALIEN: COVENANT will follow the titular ship and its crew as they discover a dark and dangerous world whose sole inhabitant is the "synthetic" David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition. You'll note that Fassbender's hairstyle is different from that of David's in PROMETHEUS. If I had to fathom a guess, we're probably seeing him in costume for the doppleganger he'll be playing. The fun thing about androids is that there are so many of them! This picture doesn't give us much of a clue of what the actual story will be, but I sure am curious to find out!.
ALIEN: COVENANT will hit theaters on August 4, 2017.
