We’ve been telling you about THE VICTIM for a couple of weeks now, most recently when we got a big handful of promo images for the suspense flick, which stars Michael Biehn, Danielle Harris and Jennifer Blanc (pictured above). Just now we were handed some pretty sweet behind-the-camera news regarding the Brock Morse-directed project: Make-up effect guru Rob Hall has joined the production.

Hall’s effects house “Almost Human” has been one of the premiere effects companies in recent years, having worked on flicks like THE CRAZIES, QUARANTINE and the upcoming DEVIL, as well as the TV shows “The Sarah Connor Chronicles”, “Firefly” and “Angel”… His involvement surely means THE VICTIM will have plenty of the red stuff.

Here’s the synopsis: Good time girls ANNIE (Jennifer Blanc) and MARY (Danielle Harris) find
themselves in a life and death situation. Annie’s life is put in jeopardy when she is
witness to a violent murder. Fleeing from two ATTACKERS (Ryan Honey, Denny
Kirkwood) she stumbles across KYLE (Michael Biehn), a recluse living in the
middle of the woods. The ruggedly handsome loner stays far from civilization – that is – until a single
knock on his door throws his solitary life into chaos. Two worlds collide in this psychological thriller that will make you question your
trust in mankind. WHO IS THE VICTIM?

Production begins on THE VICTIM on August 3rd in Los Angeles.
