Let me just get this out of the way – ‘IT IS ABOUT TIME!’ Yes folks, SIN CITY 2 and MACHETE 2 are coming at us; the films have set times to start shooting and head into production! BOOYAH!
On the MACHETE 2 front, Robert Rodrigeuz stated it will begin shooting next month in April! That’s right, it will start shooting that soon, however as far as casting (we can assume Danny Trejo is returning though) he hasn’t made it clear or confirmed anyone but hinted at likely returns.
On the SIN CITY 2 front, it will go into production this summer after much delay. Again casting has remained quiet and he also teased possible returns. Feels pretty good to be getting the sequel we’ve been waiting for, here’s hoping it lives up to the original but I imagine the hype will be intense!
