Ryan Reynolds & Will Ferrell to star in A Christmas Carol re-imagining

Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" has been adapted to film and television more times than I can count (I can't count very high) and THR has reported that we'veĀ got yet another on the way courtesy of Sean Anders and John Morris, the director and screenwriter behind the DADDY'S HOME films starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.

Details on this new take of "A Christmas Carol" are being kept under wraps at this point, but, come on, we all know that story off by heart at this point. Which "A Christmas Carol" adaptation is your favourite?

Ryan Reynolds has been a busy boy, recently appearing in DETECTIVE PIKACHU and FAST & FURIOUS PRESENTS: HOBBS & SHAW, and has 6 UNDERGROUND, THE HITMAN'S WIFE'S BODYGUARD, and FREE GUY over the horizon. As for Will Ferrell, he recently appeared in THE LEGO MOVIE 2: THE SECOND PART as well as BETWEEN TWO FERNS: THE MOVIE, and is slated to star in DOWNHILL, an English-language remake of FORCE MAJEURE.
