THE HUNGER GAMES films have all been accompanied by viral marketing stressing the haute couture of The Capitol and the upcoming THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 1 will follow that same trend. As the world of Panem begins to crumble under political pressure seen at the end of CATCHING FIRE, MOCKINGJAY will take things to the next level. As that crack widens, it becomes more and more visible.

These new posters debuted on Yahoo and viral site The Capital. Each of the seven new posters salutes a different district from Panem. You will also notice that each has something slightly off about it. I noticed it right away in each one but see how long it takes you.

Like the HARRY POTTER films, THE HUNGER GAMES have developed with each new volume, becoming deeper and more evolved in plotting. THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGKJAY – PART 1 looks like it is going to begin wrapping up the franchise with a bang.

THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY – PART 1, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland, will be released November 21, 2014.
