Schoelermann does voodoo

A long while back, we told you about a film called HEXXX, which would be starring Mischa Barton of ‘The OC’ fame (never watched the show) and would be filming in New Orleans. That was the news back in November two years ago.

Variety reports that Marc Schoelermann (whose work includes German shorts and thrillers) has been signed to direct the film, with a script by Mark Gibson (SNOW DOGS) and John Raffo (the ho-hum RELIC). Other than those pieces of info, nothing much else is known, save for the title gives the assumption the film would deal with voodoo. And the 3 ‘X’s? Well, maybe we’ll get to see Ms. Barton involved in stuff that the male demographic of OC fans have been waiting for. Not likely, but a man can dream.

And why when I typed ‘Mischa Barton’ into Google I got a picture of Salma Hayek? Who knows, but I’m sure JoBlo thanks me for it.
