Scout Taylor-Compton Get the Girl Halloween horror

HALLOWEEN's Scout Taylor-Compton and DEAR WHITE PEOPLE's Justin Dobies are set to star in kidnapping thriller GET THE GIRL, according to Variety. Eric England (CONTRACTED) is directing from his own script, based on a story by Graham Denman.

The story revolves around a wealthy young man who is conned into staging a fake kidnapping in order to be a hero and win the affection of a girl — only to see one of the hired kidnappers accidentally killed.

Noah Segan, Elizabeth Whitson, Adi Shankar, Jerry Purpdrank and James Landry Hebert will also star.

XYZ Films is representing domestic sales at AFM. Diablo Entertainment are producing and financing.
