Scream 4 adds two more cameos: Shanae Grimes and Lucy Hale (?)

The last time we had news of two SCREAM 4 cameos, it was pretty exciting. Anna Paquin and Kristen Bell are established cuties, whose household names and abrupt casting almost certainly guarantee they’re getting offed early in this flick, or, at the very least, will be starring in the latest STAB. Now comes news of two more celebrity cameos: Shanae Grimes and Lucy Hale!

I must be getting old, but a “cameo” is usually made by someone whose name actually means something, right? These two names mean nothing. To me at least. But the fact remains that they are filming scenes for the Wes Craven flick – this info found by the crafty site Scream-Trilogy.net, which noticed that Grimes wrote on her Twitter page that she was “on set waiting to bang out my cameo in scream 4! All hush hush but stay tuned!” (She also provided the photo evidence, which you can see here.)

As for Hale, she’s been seen lurking around the set.. although that’s been happening a lot. Maybe she’s snapping blurry photos, like everybody else. (The likeliest scenario is that these two are the movie’s early kills.)

Oh yeah, as to who the hell they are: Grimes was in the updated version of “90210” (not even sure if that’s on anymore), while Hale (pictured below) is in a show called “Pretty Little Liars”. Hey, I guess a SCREAM for the new generation has to actually star some people this new generation knows. (Really, are the kids today even remotely aware of the name “Neve Campbell”?)
