Will Ferrell’s pompous assbag who through a series of hilarious hijinks learns to not be such a pompous assbag schtick has worked well for him so far, at least box office wise. The upcoming SEMI-PRO, however, wicked fro notwithstanding, may just be the breaking point. At least if the recently released trailer is to be believed. It seems the first trailer for this flick, in which he plays a pompous assbag basketball player who does pompous assbag things and eventually learns not to be such a pompous assbag anymore, isn’t so much funny as it is…well, not. But don’t let us sway you one way or the other. Take a look for yourself HERE. The fro hits theaters February 29th of next year.
