Few expected uber-producer Jerry Bruckheimer to follow-up PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN and NATIONAL TREASURE with an adaptation of a popular chick-lit novel, but the Bruck doesn’t care what you expect. The Bruck is producing CONFESSIONS OF A SHOPAHOLIC, the upcoming Disney comedy starring Isla Fisher (WEDDING CRASHERS) as a young girl so addicted to shopping, she’s cornered herself deep into debt. Today the new trailer for the film is online as well as new stills as USA Today. While it may seem like SEX AND THE CITY-lite, it does have one thing going for it – Isla Fisher. Big step up from the SATC crew. Check it out below.
