We’re just a little over a month away from the release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and it’s been confirmed that the film will be getting a Hall H panel at next month’s San Diego Comic-Con, which runs from July 23-26.
Spidey Tracker
The marketing campaign for Spider-Man: Brand New Day is about to kick off in a big way. Tickets will officially go on sale in two days, and the studio has launched the Spidey Tracker to let fans keep tabs on the global tour.
“Hey, what’s up everyone, it’s Tom here. We’re heading out on a massive global tour for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. I cannot wait to see all the fans around the world and celebrate Spider-Man,” Holland said in the video. “Drop where you think we’re headed next. I hear there’s something called the Spidey Tracker that’ll keep track of where we’re going. So follow along there to see if you’re right, and I’ll see you soon.“
Marvel Studios will also be returning to Comic-Con this year, after skipping last year’s convention.
All About Spider-Man: Brand New Day
“After the record-breaking global success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Brand New Day marks an entirely new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man,” reads the official synopsis. “Four years have passed since the events of No Way Home, and Peter is now an adult living entirely alone, having voluntarily erased himself from the lives and memories of those he loves. Crime-fighting in a New York that no longer knows his name, he’s devoted himself entirely to protecting his city — a full-time Spider-Man — but as the demands on him intensify, the pressure sparks a surprising physical evolution that threatens his existence, even as a strange new pattern of crimes gives rise to one of the most powerful threats he has ever faced.“
Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker, alongside Zendaya as MJ and Jacob Batalon as Ned. Jon Bernthal will appear as Frank Castle/The Punisher, with Mark Ruffalo back as Bruce Banner/Hulk. Michael Mando returns as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, who was last seen in Spider-Man: Homecoming. New additions include Tramell Tillman, Liza Colón-Zayas, and Sadie Sink. The film will swing into theaters on July 31.
