Spike Lee does Jordan

JoBloJoBlo

Spike Lee has announced that he is planning to shoot a feature-length documentary about the final two years of Michael Jordan’s career, covering the 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 seasons when he played for the Wizards. Apparently it will include “extensive unseen footage shot by NBA cameras during that time. “Mike wants to come to Cannes, so hopefully we will be here next year,” Lee said.

The two already have a working relationship, as they collaborated on a series of Nike TV commercials. The NBA will be financing the flick, and when asked if this meant he would be just giving us a fluff piece on one of the greatest sportsmen that ever lived, Spike Lee replied “oh yeah”, then nodded his head sarcastically and made mock masturbation motions with his hand.
