Couple things you maybe didn’t realize about Sylvester Stallone: he’s in phenomenal condition for a 65-year-old dude, and those shoulder tattoos in THE EXPENDABLES weren’t temporary.

Both of those things are on display in the above snap from BULLET TO THE HEAD, his action-thriller that arrives on April 13 in an attempt to supply you with a Sly fix until THE EXPENDABLES 2 shoots up the screen on August 17.

The movie comes from director/tough-guy expert Walter Hill (48 HRS., THE WARRIORS) and also stars Sung Kang, Jason Momoa, Christian Slater, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and knockout Sarah Shahi (below).

The synopsis: Based on a graphic novel, “Bullet to the Head” also tells the story of a New Orleans hitman (Stallone) and a New York City cop who form an alliance to bring down the killers of their respective partners.
