After a whirlwind four days in Anaheim, Star Wars Celebration 2022 has come to an end. After three years, the Lucasfilm-centric celebration of George Lucas’ saga made a return with an in-person celebration full of reveals, famous faces, announcements, and exclusives. Always a great event for fans to gather and meet the creators behind their favorite universe, this year’s Star War Celebration coincided with the world premiere of Disney+ original series Obi-Wan Kenobi.
I was lucky enough to attend the biggest panels at this year’s Celebration including the Lucasfilm showcase, the Light & Magic panel and press conference, and the Mando+ panel hosted by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. It was quite the experience along with a walk through the special Mandalorian Experience featuring props and sets from the popular streaming series. It also included a special Disneyland After Dark event with a Star Wars theme.
