A flick that I’ve been waiting for – and waiting for, and waiting for – is Danny Boyle’s SUNSHINE, which is finally getting released in the States July 20th (it’s been released practically everywhere else in the world).

SUNSHINE, starring Cillian Murphy, Chris Evans, Michelle Yeoh, and Rose Byrne, is about a team of astronauts’ efforts to reignite the Sun (seems easy enough). It’s been getting mixed reviews – but of the cool variety – seems like either a love-it or hate-it proposition (Arrow is very much in the former category – check out it his review HERE). That’s okay, I’d rather a film like this get a passionate response like that (think THE FOUNTAIN) as opposed to “eh, it was okay.” See for yourself on July 20th.
