In addition to BEAST MODE, which we shared a trailer for yesterday, another film that genre sales outfit Devilworks will be presenting to potential distributors during the online Marché du Film later this month is PLAYHOUSE, from the writing/directing/producing sibling duo of Fionn and Toby Watts.

Along with the announcement letting us know that Devilworks holds the worldwide sales rights to the film comes a trailer, which can be seen above.

The Scottish production is a supernatural thriller that centers on

a notorious horror writer who moves into an ancient castle with his teenage daughter to work on his next play, only to face terrifying consequences when she falls prey to a supernatural evil lurking in the castle walls.

Grace Courtney, William Holstead, James Rottger, and Helen Mackay star.

PLAYHOUSE looks appropriately dark and creepy. We'll let you know when there's any distribution and release date news for this one.
