We have an early viral poster for SURROGATES today, the Bruce Willis sci-fi flick due out in September. Jonathan Mostow (TERMINATOR 3) directs the movie about a futuristic world where humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots. Willis plays a cop who is forced to leave his home for the first time in years in order to investigate the murders of others’ surrogates. And the last I heard this thing was doing re-shoots, which usually means trouble.
On the plus side though, ya know, Bruce Willis. On the down side it’s just another opportunity for me to look like less of a man since I’m sorry but there just aren’t a lot of terrorists or mass murderers of the future who target my direct location that I might thwart. And I don’t have easy access to firearms and/or ammunition. I mean if I did, I totally could do what John McClane does. But I just don’t have the opportunity. So get off my ass for being sensitive. In other news I wonder if my girlfriend will read this.
