Synopsis

Christopher Guest, who made Waiting for Guffman and co-wrote and co-starred in This Is Spinal Tap, returns with another mockumentary, this time set in the comically cutthroat world of dog show competition (as if a straight documentary on the subject wouldn’t be funny enough). Expect the fancy canines to take a back seat to their pompous owners when the scratching and clawing for first prize starts.
