The Weight of Water

Jean (Catherine McCormack) is a photographer that is haunted by a century-old double homicide. She travels with her husband (Sean Penn), her brother (Josh Lucas) and his girlfriend (Elizabeth Hurley) to the scene of the crimes to investigate.

The sole survivor of the slaughter was a woman whose unhappy life mirrors Jean’s. Past and present collide when a cataclysmic storm burgeons into jealousy and suddenly it becomes clear to Jean who the real killer is.
