In the same tone of other 1980’s romances surrounded by the sports of the times, this movie focuses on a group of surfers, one of which has a cousin (Keith Coogan) who comes out to spend time surfing the waves and falling in love with the wrong girl, the 1980’s version of the Romeo & Juliet tragedies.
