Just kidding. It’s not.
This obnoxious teaser for the trailer of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN (PART 2) is kind of hilarious. Seeing Bella (Kristen Stewart) running Superman-style actually made me laugh out loud and get soda up my nose. It’s just so damned ridiculous.
Yeah, a lot of movies we watch are ridiculous and do crazy shit, but most of them aren’t pretending to be a vampire on werewolf on human romance.

There is a billion dollar industry wrapped up in this franchise, so I can spew all the vitriol I want and it won’t matter. This film is going to make a mint and many of you will either be forced to see it or will go willingly, but tell no one. Whatever the case, this film is sure to pull a hell of a profit. I just won’t be throwing in my $12 bucks.
For many of you this is the equivalent of the last test you have to take before you graduate. Then, it’ll all be over and you can get your Twilight diploma and head out into the world where you can climb trees, sparkle in the sunlight, and imprint yourself on young girls. Or, y’know, just go to college.
The pain is almost over as the final nail in the coffin comes on November 16, 2012 when THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN (PART 2) takes its final bow.
Then again, there’s always DVD/Blu Ray to continue the suffering…
