Teaser provides a moody look into Jeremy Saulnier’s Green Room

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Altitude Film Distribution and Picturehouse Entertainment are set to release GREEN ROOM, the latest film from MURDER PARTY / BLUE RUIN director Jeremy Saulnier, onto theatre screens in the UK on May 13th, and just under four months away from that date a teaser trailer for the film has arrived online. That trailer can be viewed below, and it gives a terrifically moody and atmospheric glimpse at the film, which looks like it's going to provide some nicely chilling entertainment.

The story:

A young punk rock band find themselves trapped in a secluded venue after stumbling upon a horrific act of violence, fighting for their lives against a gang of white power skinheads intent on eliminating all witnesses.

Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Callum Turner, Mark Webber, Kai Lennox, Eric Edelstein, and Macon Blair star, with Patrick Stewart as the leader of the skinheads.

I can't wait to check this one out. A24 has the distribution rights in the U.S., and just announced that they will be giving the film a limited release on April 1st, followed by an expansion on April 15th.
