Actors Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, and Samuel L. Jackson will be joining forces once again to present at this years Academy Awards.  Whether they will present together or separately wasn’t specified, but having the team back (minus Scarlett Johansson) on stage to some capacity is still pretty cool.  The actors will join previously announced presenters Meryl Streep, Octavia Spencer, Jean Dujardin, and Christopher Plummer along with host Seth McFarlane for the 85th Academy Awards Ceremony.

Currently, Renner is prepping to start KILL THE MESSENGER, while Downey Jr. is coming off IRON MAN 3, set to debut on May 3, 2013.  Jackson is prepping to start David Yates TARZAN and will segue into CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER along with Evans, which is slated for April 4, 2014.  Ruffalo will next be seen in NOW YOU SEE ME from director Louis Letterier, but if recent rumors are true, he’ll have a Hulk-filled schedule in his near future.

The 85th Academy Awards, hosted by Seth McFarlane, will air on Sunday, February 24, 2013.
