The Batman Production Goes on Two-Week Virus Vacation

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

the batmanHoly global pandemic, Batman! Warner Bros. has just halted production on THE BATMAN for two weeks in the UK. Anyone shocked? Anyone? Okay, let's move on then. The good news is that no one from the cast or crew has been diagnosed with COVID-19. Here's a quote from the studio:

“Warner Bros. Pictures feature production of The Batman will be on a two-week hiatus starting today. The studio will continue to monitor the situation closely."

So there you have it! Hopefully, the caped crusader will be back scaling the rooftops of Gotham soon. Here is a list of director, Matt Reeves' strong (and healthy) cast: Robert Pattinson as The Bat, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, and Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson. The movie is still set to open on June 25, 2021.
