Vertical Entertainment has announced that they will be releasing director Kasra Farahani’s thriller THE GOOD NEIGHBOR, which was previously known as THE WAITING, into theatres and on VOD on September 16th.

Starring James Caan, Keir Gilchrist, Logan Miller, Edwin Hodge, Laura Innes, and Mindy Sterling, THE GOOD NEIGHBOR tells the story of

a pair of mischievous high school kids (Gilchrist and Miller) who create the illusion of a haunting on an unsuspecting neighbor (Caan). While keeping his every reaction under surveillance, they see much more than they bargained for.

The screenplay was written by Mark Bianculli and Jeff Richard.

This is a project I’ve been interested in for a while now, intrigued by the plot description, so I’m glad to hear that I don’t have much longer to wait before I’ll have a chance to see it.
