For all you fans of the Centipede Sequence Series, today is a happy day indeed as writer/director Tom Six has confirmed the existence of a third and final film entitled THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE 3 (FINAL SEQUENCE). Further casting confirmation that was given exclusively to Entertainment Weekly by Six’s sister Ilona revealed that Dieter Laser (THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE) and Laurence R. Harvey (THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE 2) will both be back as well, with Six casting himself in an unnamed supporting role.  No further illumination as to the story was given, so feel free to speculate with that information as you will. Six has also been quoted as saying that part 3 will “make the last one look like a Disney film… It’s going to be my favourite… It’s going to upset a lot of people.”  Shocker, that.

As the title implies this is indeed the final film in the trilogy, and will be “100% politically incorrect.”  Whatever that means.  Principal photography will occur this upcoming May and June in various locations throughout the Southern United States with an eye towards a 2013 release date.  New thought: maybe the “political incorrectness” plus the Southern shooting locations means we should expect some KKK action? Seems controversial enough for Mr. Six.
