The Mandalorian season two blasts off with a new action-packed trailer

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Come on, Baby Yoda! Do the magic hand thing and bring us the second season of The Mandalorian already! Thankfully, the premiere of the second season will be arriving next week, and in the meantime, a fresh new trailer dropped during Monday Night Football for our viewing pleasure!

According to the official synopsis, season two of the live-action Star Wars series will find "The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal) and The Child continuing their journey as they face enemies and rally allies, making their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire." While we may not know all that much officially about the new season, I think we can expect plenty of surprises and new mysteries to come, but those may not be answered for some time as Moff Gideon actor Giancarlo Esposito recently said, "We’re living in a universe that’s huge, and there’s so much to explore. So I think this show is going to start to lay the groundwork for the depth and breadth that’s going to come in season 3 and season 4, where you’re really gonna start to get answers." Yea, but what's the Smoke Monster all about?

The second season of The Mandalorian will debut on Disney+ on October 30th. Almost there!
