The Possession of Hannah Grace lands poster & R-rating

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Death is only the beginning.

Well, it looks like director Diederik Van Rooijen's new horror-thriller CADAVER starring Shay Mitchell, Grey Damon, Kirby Johnson, and Stana Katic is now going by the title THE POSSESSION OF HANNAH GRACE. I'm not a fan of the new title, but I'm impressed with everything else.

The movie is all set to possess your local multiplex this November and today we have the flick's spooky-ass poster to share with you guys. You can give it a peek yourself below and then make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think!

And while we have you here, today we not only have the creepy poster to share, but we also have word via the MPAA that the film has snagged an R-rating for "gruesome images and terror throughout." Looks like this isn't going to be another teen horror romp.

Bring it on, I say! The movie begins following:

A shocking exorcism that spirals out of control, claiming the life of a young woman. Months later, Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell) is working the graveyard shift in the morgue when she takes delivery of a disfigured cadaver. Locked alone inside the basement corridors, Megan begins to experience horrifying visions and starts to suspect that the body may be possessed by a ruthless demonic force.

The horror-thriller is directed by Diederik Van Rooijen from a screenplay written by Brian Sieve (MTV SCREAM) and stars Shay Mitchell, Grey Damon, Kirby Johnson, and Stana Katic. It's produced by Todd Garner and Sean Robins, and Glenn S. Gainor serves as the movie's executive producer. THE POSSESSION OF HANNAH GRACE hits theaters via SCreen Gems November 30th, 2018.
