The Swell Season trailer documents the real life love of Once duo

I’m not ashamed to say that I count ONCE among my favorite films. The love story (well, non-love story) and the amazing music make it one of the best feel good movies I’ve ever seen, and one I never hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone.

What’s a further fantastic fact to tell people when you show the film to them is that the musicians, Glen Hansard and Market Irglova, actually fell in love during shooting, which explains their chemistry onscreen.

There’s now a documentary called The Swell Season (also the name of their band) that chroincles the real life trials, triumphs and tribulations of their relationship. The first trailer for the doc is below via MovieLine, and I can’t wait to check it out.
